The PercSys Accordion Stone Management Device is designed to simplify and shorten endoscopic lithotripsy procedures.  This advanced microcatheter combines the utility of multiple endoscopic stone management tools into a single device, and features a proprietary film occlusion to prevent retrograde stone fragment migration and facilitate fragment removal.

TRACKS like a guide wire

LubriLAST™ Hydrophilic Coating* enables the undeployed device to track past impacted stones like a premium guidewire**.

Flexible 6 cm tip facilitates entry and maintains access to the ureteral orifice.

Radiopaque markers allow easy monitoring of advancement and deployment using fluoroscopic visualization.

 
 

SECURES like a basket

Once deployed, the multi-fold film occlusion is designed to prevent retrograde migration of the stone or small fragments.

Robust occlusion film withstands inadvertent contact with holmium laser and intracorporeal lithotripter energy.

Telescoping design enables the Accordion to release easily from intact stones when required.

 
 

CLEARS like nothing else

Film occlusion conforms to and fills the lumen of the ureter allowing:
  • irrigant inflow to continually rinse smaller lithotripsy fragments distally.
  • larger fragments to be swept into the bladder or sheath following treatment.

Compliant occlusion film enables the device to disengage easily from stone fragments that are too large for extraction.
